Beginner Classes
All classes offered are listed below. Please only bring your child to a class for there age group. You do not have to pre-register.

Athletes who have already competed AAU, Xcel, USAG or NGA may try one our Team classes listed on our Advanced classes page. All other athletes please come to one our beginner classes this will serves as a "try out" for an advanced class.

We accept cash, check, or credit cards. The prices listed below are cash prices for one day a week. There is a 4% charge when using a credit card.

A copy of the registration paperwork is available here for your convenience (click on the picture of the PDF at the end of this paragraph). We need a printed copy of this document signed by a legal guardian. We always have copies available in the gym.
Toddler and Preschool Classes
Open Play $10 Per athlete per class This class is open for all ages. This is an open play class where children play with their parent or guardian. A adult must stay and watch their child for the entire class. Wednesday 10:00-11:00 Beginning March 1st 2025, Monday 10-11am
Assisted Educational Gymnastics Co-ed Ages 2-5 Cost: $65 per month with a $72 annual registration fee This is a Parent Assisted class. One parent must be present on the floor with their child at all times. Only 1 parent will be allowed on the floor at a time. All classes are set up like an obstacle course to keep the children moving. This class focuses on basic gymnastics skills and gross motor skills. Target skills include: Front rolls, donkey kicks, rolling over the bar, and walking on the beam. Thursday: 6:00-6:45
Educational Gymnastics Co-ed Ages 3-5 Cost: $65 per month with a $72 annual registration fee All athletes in this class must be potty trained. We focus on basic gymnastics skills and gross motor skills. All stations are set up like an obstacle course to keep the children moving. Target skills in this class include: front rolls, back rolls, cartwheels, walking forward and backward on the beam, jumping on two feet, and rolling over the bar. Tuesday 4:15-5:15 Thursday 6:00-7:00
Homeschool Gymnastics Ages 3+ Cost: $65 per month with a $72 annual registration fee This is a beginner gymnastics class for ages 3 and up. We focus on beginner gymnastics skills on beam, bars, vault, and floor. All athletes in this class must be potty trained. Target skills in this class include: cartwheel, round off, Level 1 bar routine, and walking on tip toes forward and backward and more. Wednesday 10:00-11:00
Tiny Tumbling Co-ed Ages 3-7 Cost: $10 per class We focus on beginner tumbling skills such as front rolls, cartwheels, back rolls, and handstands. Athletes will also jump on the trampoline and jump in the foam pit. All athletes in this class must be potty trained. Monday 7:00-8:00
Beginner Tumbling Co-ed Ages 3+ Cost: $10 per class We focus on beginner tumbling skills such as front rolls, cartwheels, back rolls, and handstands. Athletes may also jump on the trampoline and/or on the tumble trak. All athletes in this class must be potty trained. Monday 4:30-5:30
School Aged Classes
Homeschool Gymnastics Co-ed ages 3+ Cost $65 per month with a $72 annual registration fee We focus on beginner gymnastics skills on beam, bars, vault, and floor. All athletes in this class must be potty trained. Target skills in this class include: cartwheel, round off, Level 1 bar routine, and walking on tip toes forward and backward and more. Wednesday 10:00-11:00am
Developmental Team Ages 6+ Cost: $70 per month with a $72 annual registration fee This is a beginner gymnastics class. Girl's focus on learning basic gymnastics skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor. Boy's focus on learning skills on bars, vault, floor, rings, and pommel horse, and parallel bars. In this class, athletes learn all the skills necessary to move to a competitive team class if they wish to. Monday 5:30-7:00 co-ed Tuesday 5:30-7:00 Girls only Wednesday 4:15-5:45 co-ed Thursday 4:30-6:00 Girls only
Tumbling Ages 8+ Cost: $16 per athlete per class OR $80 for 6 classes This is a great class for cheerleaders or dancers wanting to get a new skill. This class focuses on tumbling skills such as round off, back handspring, back tucks, and aerials. Monday and Tuesday 6:45-8:00

Private lessons
Private lessons are offered based on the coach's availability. There are no set days or times. You may request a specific coach, or we will do our best to find one for you. We offer private lessons individually or in groups of 2-3.
- 30-minute private lesson:30 (available for individuals only)

- 1-hour group private lesson: $40 per athlete

Adult Gymnastics- This class for adults wanting to learn the basics of gymnastics. No experience necessary. Its a great fun way to get a work out in!
Ages 18+
Cost: $15 per athlete
1st Friday of each month: 6:30-8:00
